It is amazing how many people share their experience strength and hope in social media circles. There is not a day that goes by where I don’t meet a new sober face! I enjoy Facebook and Twitter and I am now getting to utilize Google + which is so much cleaner. The world has changed and with it so has our access to recovery resources, friendships, electronic fellowships, and communication. It is nearly impossible to not have someone available 24/7 365 days a year. I have friends that are sober in Pakistan!
Today I met a new friend on Twitter he has a site that he shares about overcoming alcohol abuse, dependence and alcoholism! Demons in the Dark If you get a chance go visit the fellow and leave a comment, tell him Dan sent ya! 🙂 By the way for you cynical folks there is no catch he is not selling anything nor am I an affiliate or any of that nonsense, just a couple of sober dudes fellowshipping!
