Life can be funny, you can make plans, set goals and implement the game plan where you do the right thing, but the outcome may not turn out the way you planned. But that is part of life. When we are living clean and sober lives we have the ability to adjust and rework our strategy. When we are living in active addiction most of us rarely get off the bar stool, shooting gallery or couch!
For me personally, life has taken on twists and turns as I have made decisions based upon the information I had at the time. Some in hindsight were absolutely stupid and caused me heartache, pain and sadness. Others have worked out like clock-work! They have all strengthened my resolve to be the best human being possible each and every day. To win for my family. To live up to my God given and inspired talents.
Of course, when you are in the struggle it seems like there is no end in sight, but each and every day I remind myself, that God has a better plan for me! Life is good!
