“Above all, don’t fear difficult moments. The best comes from them.” — Rita Levi-Montalcini
Pain is often the starting point of change! For many of us if we did not feel pain we would not change. We would have no reason to consider change unless of course we are one of the rare birds that change to get better at what we are already good at! I remember years ago when Tiger Woods decided to change his swing. The so called professionals were saying it was a mistake. However, other than his recent challenges he has been the dominant golfer in the world for as long as I can remember.
Why should we make changes when things are going well?
I believe that each one of us has potential that goes far beyond the effort we offer. We all can do more with our talents. We all can hone our skills a bit more than we have developed them thus far. Then there are those that are huge under achievers. For the under achiever we need to take a step back and evaluate if we have reached an acceptable level of achievement in our lives. If we could look deep with in ourselves and come to the conclusion that yes I have given it my all!

Go, Go, Go…
