“People usually fail when they are on the verge of success. So give as much care to the end as to the beginning.” – Lao-Tzu
Napoleon Hill the student of Andrew Carnegie and author of the timeless classic, “Think and Grow Rich” astutely said that “one of the most common causes of failure is the habit of quitting when one is overtaken by temporary defeat”. Obviously, we have all quit somewhere along the line in life but in recovery we must make it a habit to persist when the going gets tough. We never know when we are going to have the breakthrough we crave! We never know when we are right at the edge.

The story does not end there. This junk man hired himself an engineer to take a look at the site and yes, only three feet away from where Darby quit was the gold vein! The junk man went on to make millions! Darby quit! Don’t be a Darby, never, ever, ever quit! Recovery is way too important. Don’t quit before th emiracle.
Go, Go, Go…
