Pushing others up, offering people a pat on the back for a job well done can be the difference for them in their recovery. The founders of AA knew something about people when they wrote the twelve-steps. Offer suggestions, lead the way and encourage others by helping them when needed, all with no expectation of reward or gain.
The more we help others get what they want the more we get what we want. What is it that we all want? JOY, we all want joy in our lives. We want to be happy, joyous and free. It is simple, do for others and joy will abound in you!
