Performing at the top of your game takes effort. The effort to live a consistent happy, joyous and free life is staying balanced. Be cautious to not get too hungry, angry, lonely or tired, HALT. Feed your mind with positive food by spending time in the morning in prayer and meditation. Start a new habit of writing 
Use every possible tool to stay on top of your game. What is the game? It is your recovered life! Spend time at Big Book meetings, Step Study meetings, build friendships with like minded people, get and use a sponsor or mentor that has what you want, and always remember and utilize the ABC’s of the recovered life: A, always be positive, B, Be a student of life, and C, Cheerlead others!
