Success is the intentional, pre-meditated use of choice and decision. Unless you choose – with certainty – what it is you want, you accept table scraps by default! Gary Ryan Blair
We all have choices in life we can choose where to live, how to live, what to do, how to do it and on… However in the daily grind of life many of us lose sight of our ability to choose. Certainly if we are active in our addiction our choices become tentative at best. Typically our number one goal revolves more around our drug of choice and less about life. In fact my choice was swallowed up by the compulsion to drink. I would say I was choosing to not drink today but somewhere throughout the day that choice would fall by the wayside.
Today because of the fellowship, the program and God I have choices. Choices that are much deeper than “I am not going to drink or drug today”! Today I can choose how to live my life. What my values are. What my purpose is. Where I want to go. Who I want to be, do or have. The choice is ours! Live life well!
Go, Go, Go…
