Inaction breeds doubt and fear. Action breeds confidence and courage. If you want to conquer fear, do not sit home and think about it. Go out and get busy. —Dale Carnegie
When it comes to recovery action is the key. We must take action, we must live our lives proactively. It is so much more than just not drinking or drugging. We take the necessary steps to recover, we live the principles of recovery. Keeping our side of the street clean is essential. Step ten, eleven and twelve are action steps we take on a daily basis.
We begin to live proactively, we lose the “‘T” that is the apostrophe “T”. We stop looking for what we can’T do and begin taking action on the things we can do. We are no longer don’T–ers we are DOERS! We take action, we look at life as an adventure. We seek out opportunities to help others like we have been helped! We live with confidence and courage! Life is good!
Go, Go, Go…
