I’m grateful for…

“As soon as you start to feel differently about what you already have, you will start to attract more of the good things, more of the things you can be grateful for.” — Joe Vitale

Gratitude is key to happiness and joy.  Having an attitude of gratitude helps to keep us focused on the main thing, living one day at a time focused on our purpose.  When we have a grateful heart we are positive, upbeat, fulfilled, vibrant, alive and ready to tackle any task placed in our path!

Early on in the recovery process people struggle to find things to be truly grateful for.  I always suggest that they use the A to Z method so they search deep for answers.  Starting with the letter A what am I grateful for?  For me it is my Aunt Maureen, she always made me feel special…

I have been blessed to see people that take the exercise seriously grow in gratitude and understanding that everything has a purpose, that as Joe Vitale says in his best selling book “The Attractor Factor”, “Turn It Into Something Good”!

Today, let’s turn it all into something good!

Go, Go, Go…
